The ground rules.
Terms for using pacificprowork.com. Construction work itself is governed by your written contract.
Effective October 16, 2026
Agreement
By using pacificprowork.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. The Site is operated by Pacific ProWorks Inc., a California corporation and licensed general contractor (CSLB #1137291).
Information only — not a quote
Prices, ranges, timelines, calculators and offers on the Site are typical figures and current promotions shown for planning. They are not a quote, an offer or a guarantee. Every project is priced individually in a written estimate after a site visit, and the price is fixed only in a signed contract. Figures depend on scope, site conditions, permits, finish level and material costs, which change. Offers have terms, may change or end without notice, and some cannot be combined.
Contracts
Construction services are provided only under a written contract signed by both parties, as required by California law. Nothing on the Site creates a contract.
Reviews and photos
Photos on the Site are illustrative and may include licensed stock imagery; they are not a representation of a specific completed project. Testimonials reflect individual experiences; results vary.
Your use
- Use the Site lawfully and don’t interfere with it.
- Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share.
- Don’t copy, scrape or reuse Site content, photos or logos without written permission.
Content and trademarks
Site text, photos, renderings, logos and design belong to Pacific ProWorks Inc. or its licensors.
Third‑party links

Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Pacific ProWorks Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits rights you have under your construction contract or California law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be heard in Los Angeles County.
